“We arrived on the most beautiful sunny day and were greeted warmly by Sahra and her gorgeous team. Bramble gin fizz in hand, we enjoyed the blooming gardens before sitting at a brilliantly dressed long table! Sahra has managed to execute what so many can't pull off - a truly authentic farm-to-table experience with warmth, outstanding local produce and that little bit of magic unique to The Wool Shed! Sympathetic to her surroundings, Sahra has done just the right amount to make the experience at lunch comfortable but also not trick the Wool Shed up into what could be gimmicky. The food was delicious, super fresh from the gardens and also local! Win-win for all 4 of us. Paired with interesting local wines, it also made the experience an adventure. We loved looking out of one of the side windows to see big black Angus rolling past in the fields, along with being able to buy fresh produce and Sahra's genius Le Sac. We can not wait to return!”

"Sahra was a superb host and made us feel very welcome. She has a beautiful garden and property. The food and drinks were outstanding. All so fresh and cooked with love. The workshop was great. All at such a nice, friendly pace. Darcie was/is so talented. All the resources we had were top class. Wandering the the garden to forage was so refreshing. The countryside is amazing there. I can't say enough superlatives for this fabulous business Sahra has started. I am sure she will absolutely nail it. I can only look forward to more visits."

"Loved taking part in a wreath making workshop at The Wool Shed in November. Glorious drive to the property, a warm welcome from charming host and tutor (and divine puppy!) .. it was so well set up when we arrived. Fabulous food, we were spoilt and given constant attention. Would love to attend a long lunch here, and one day for a private function for family and friends. This place is a gem."

"For an experience that's out of the box, a "long lunch" at the Wool Shed is hard to beat. Set on a long-established working farm, a marvellous three-course lunch is served in an old shearing shed. The meal was served at a long table that could accommodate just enough guests to create a very inviting atmosphere without becoming intimidating. As a bonus, my wife and I made some new friends! We'll be back - and we strongly recommend the Wool Shed to anyone considering "dining with a difference"!"
